Dheeraj Hi Sarika, super built up area is the carpet area of a floor plus common spaces such as lift lobby and parks within the apartment complex. Super built up area is mostly 30% more of the living space [i.e. carpet area].

Dheeraj @Gaurav Verma Hi Gaurav, PMAY [Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana] is a scheme launched by Government of India to provide affordable hosing to financially weaker sections of society. The scheme has its own set of advantages and disadvantages and out of them, major ones are listed below:

Advantages:

All the constructed houses should follow eco-friendly measures. 6. Development of slum areas with land as a main resource having private participation. Disadvantages of PMAY: 1. Credit link limit of 6.5% to economically weker sections or backward classes but maximum amount of loan is only Rs 6 lakh on which the subsidy will be rewarded. 2. EWS will only get maximum 323 sq ft carpet. If the area exceeds this limit, the person will not be entitled to take any benefit of PMAY. However, LIG people will get benefits for up to 700 sq ft. 3. The tenure of loan will be Rs 15 years but that would only be valid if the loan amount will be maximum Rs 6 lakh. If it exceeds Rs 6 lakhs, then the tenure will be reduced.

Dheeraj Hi Sarita, there are plenty of factors which play a vital role in determining construction cost such as 1.The size of the area, 2.Cost of the materials in the market, 3.Labor cost etc. So, it would be better for you to consult a builder/contractor in your area to get an estimate of average construction cost. Another way to estimate is consulting building planners, architects or civil engineers

koena kashyap Hi Krishna, the state government of Bihar has fixed Rs.100 as the fee for registration of a family land partition deed, wherein the fee comprises registration cost of Rs.50 and stamp duty of Rs.50. However, suggest you to consult a lawyer on the exact fees applicable in your area at the time of creation of partition deed.

Krishna Murari Pathak My point is whether the amount paid by one party to the other in lieu of a small piece of land will be exempt from stamp duty and registration fee while creation of the partition deed. Please enlighten.
