Hi Raghuveer, you can sell the property without visiting India as long as you appoint an Indian resident as your general power of attorney. Granting someone Power of Attorney will allow him/her to take decisions and sign documents on your behalf. Since he/she reside in India, it will save you the trouble of having to be physically present in India. For more details, you can consult a legal property expert.
