Hi,, I am planning to buy a resale property.
In the Deed the area is 800 sq ft whereas in reality it's 900 sq.ft.
And the construction has not been done in accordance to the approved plan.
What should I do?
Hi Parijat, if you have already found the discrepnacy in legal papers and actual area of the site which clearly indicates that extra 100 sq ft area is illegal. Also, if the construction is not upto the approved plan, the layout is not lawful.
