Infra upgrades such as Begur Road widening project is there which will help to decongest and thus improve liveability index of the locale. The increasing demand of locality will result in price appreciation in future. If you want to enjoy returns from investment [at least for about 5-6 years], then you should go for Opera Canopus since the project is near completion in Dec 2019. However, if your sole aim to make an investment for earning rental income, Aratt Viera should be your preference as the project is already completed in Nov 2017. So, you can put a property on rent and earn an income of Rs 18000 to Rs 22,000 which you can use to pay EMIs.
