XRBIA to offer 1BHK apartments at Rs 8 lakh

Mumbai-based real estate developer XRBIA has come up with a new scheme - ‘No income proof home loan’ - for those  working in manufacturing firms and construction sites. The group plans to offer houses configured as 1BHK, at a starting price of Rs 7.70 lakh. Furthermore, homebuyers will be eligible for a government subsidy of Rs 2.2 lakhs under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
