The Omaxe State’s Shopping District introduces India’s first air-conditioned high-street retail, extending 4.2 km. This makes it the largest private commercial development in Delhi, including large-format anchor showrooms with ceiling heights between 18 ft and 36 ft. The development will host a mix of international brands and premium Indian retailers and is poised to become the new retail destination for the 3.3 crore population of Delhi. A huge footfall in the district is expected from Bharat Vandana Park, Yashobhoomi and the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport.

The Food District

For those who enjoy dining out, The Omaxe State offers India’s largest Food District with five lakh sq ft of dining space and three drive-throughs. Comprising over 40 restaurants, this area provides everything from local delicacies to international cuisines, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. Whether it’s a quick snack or a full dining experience, the Food District has something for everyone.

The Social District

The Social District is designed to be a lively area where people can come together for various events and concerts. It will host more than 60 national events annually, making it a go-to spot for art exhibitions and cultural festivals. This district will be a 22-hour open establishment and will have a capacity of one lakh spectators. Meant to be a space where people of all ages can connect and enjoy shared experiences, the Social District reflects the community-focused aspect of The Omaxe State.

The Hospitality District

The Omaxe State also includes a Hospitality District featuring a private club and a 5-star hotel. This district is designed to offer a high level of service and exclusivity. Membership to the private club is by invitation only, ensuring a certain level of privacy and exclusivity for its members. The hotel, with its luxurious rooms, aims to provide a comfortable and high-end experience for guests, whether they are visiting for business or leisure.

The Omaxe State represents a new approach to urban development, combining various aspects of city living into one destination. With its mix of sports, shopping, dining, social, and hospitality districts, The Omaxe State offers something for everyone. Developed in a Public Private Partnership with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), this project reflects Omaxe’s commitment to creating spaces that are not only functional but also enriching. As a first-of-its-kind development in India, The Omaxe State is set to make a significant impact on the way urban spaces are designed and used.
