The Uttar Pradesh government had launched a portal for online registration of real estate projects and for filing complaints against errant developers in the state under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA). Till now, 2,000 projects have been registered with the state regulator. Officials further share that over 1,000 developers have successfully registered with Uttar Pradesh RERA. The Uttar Pradesh government has recently unveiled an online portal to expedite the registration process of promoters, builders, projects, and agents under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA). UP govt to construct 10 lakh houses by 2019

To provide shelter to the homeless in the state, the Uttar Pradesh government is going to construct overall ten lakh houses in the state by 2019. Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister, has announced it while distributing letters to 568 beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY).
