The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) has constructed 567 Rainwater Harvesting (RWH) pits so far. The Board has to build around 1,000 such rainwater harvesting pits. Telangana govt directs civic bodies to approve building plan within 21 days

The Telangana government has directed all civic bodies including Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) to grant building permissions to the online applicants within 21 days.
