With a wide range of ready-to-move-in apartments, Gurgaon is emerging as a one-stop destination for homebuyers.

Gurgaon is becoming a hub of the ready-to-move-in apartment.  The rapid urbanization, increasing employment opportunities and floating population are the key factors backing up the trend. The city is a home to many of the world’s leading IT and BPO companies and has attracted many Fortune 500 companies because of its infrastructure and facilities available. The city offers 58 new sectors, along the Golf Course Extension Road, Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) and Northern Peripheral Road (NPR). However, there is no GST in the ready-to-move-in offering which makes them even more lucrative for young buyers.

The active participation of the state government has also been favourable for the global players to invest here. To meet the demands of this segment, many top developers from within the country are engaged in delivering the ready-to-move-in homes meeting international standards.

The millennium city is just 32 km away from New Delhi and has good connectivity with other parts of NCR and neighbouring states.  The city’s close proximity to Delhi’s international airport and good infrastructure has made it a nerve centre of various commercial activities. Moreover, the Gurgaon railway services also provide better rail connectivity with other cities. There are five stations served by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) located on the Yellow Line, which are HUDA City Centre, IFFCO Chowk, MG Road, Sikanderpur and Guru Dronacharya. The metro link covering the millennium city makes it fairly easy to travel within the city. Rapid Metro Rail has eleven stations in Gurgaon, with an interchange with yellow Line of Delhi metro at Sikandarpur metro station. Thousands of people ride rapid metro every day coming to Gurgaon.

Road development has also acted as a benefactor. The foremost National Highway 8, which runs from Delhi to Mumbai reduced traffic congestion and provided immense relief to commuters. The Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway is a 27.7 km, eight-lane expressway connecting other parts of NCR. Overall, Gurgaon is expanding rapidly.

Besides, adjoining areas also add value to it, like New Gurgaon especially sector 79, 82 and 83. The area offers a wide range of 2BHK apartments, villas and penthouses to cater to all classes of homebuyers. Properties in the city have all the reasons to be the most highly demanded destination for home buyers and investors. Gurgaon is blessed with a myriad number of reputed schools, such as Blue Bells Model School, Lancers International School and several branches of Delhi Public School. This is where you can provide your child with the best education.

The City is becoming a global medical tourism destination as the city is able to provide world class medical facilities with a number of good hospitals like Medanta, Fortis Hospital, Max Hospital and Artemis Additionally, the city also has many sources of entertainment here like Kingdom of Dreams, Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, Pataudi Palace, Damdama Lake.
