The Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority (GLADA) has generated Rs 17.36 crore from its maiden property e-auction, held recently. Of the total 20 properties situated in Dugri and Dhandari Kalan, department has auctioned nine properties.
Parminder Singh Gill, Chief Administrator, GLADA, has informed that the possession of the properties will be handed over to bidders within 90 days after completing the payment procedure.
The Authority has put several properties under the hammer, including four shop-cum-offices (SCOs) measuring 133.3 square yards each, four booths measuring 33.3 sq yards each on the 200-foot wide road at Dugri bypass, Phase 2 and 3, four SCOs measuring 121 square yards each in Dhandari Kalan, Phase 3 and eight SCOs having an area of 164.08 square yards each in Dhandari Kalan, Phase 4.
Recently, the Authority had postponed the e-auction to October 11, 2017 as earlier proposed to be held from September 21 to October 4.
