Kasarvadavali

Lying between Waghbil and Bhayenderpada, Kasarvadavali in the West has grown to be tenants’ favourite. Nearness to Thane railway station (11 km), IT firms such as Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Sankey Solutions, FoxMind IT Solutions and availability of scores of housing projects by reputed players such as Dynamix Group, Puranik Builders, Raunak Group, among others, has significantly helped it to evolve as the home seekers’ paradise.

The average monthly rent for a 2 BHK unit of 650-750 sq ft in Malad and Kandivali stands at Rs 35,000 per month. However, a 2 BHK unit of 850-900 sq ft in Majiwada is readily available within Rs 20,000.

Holistically, Thane holds a plentiful of residential opportunities for people from all walks of life. While Pokharan Road and Hiranandani Estates cater to the premium housing segment, the locales mentioned above best befit the residential demands of mid-income and lower-income segment. Moreover, these areas also boast of a substantial stock of 1 BHK units which are hard to find in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
