The locality is divided into 45 sectors. However, Sector 10, 19 and 20 are the most suitable options for renting a home in Kharghar owing to multiple amenities. The area also ensures hassle-free connectivity to different parts of the city. For instance, Kharghar is the fourth railway station on the route running between Panvel and Harbour Line of Mumbai Suburban Railway. Some of the prominent connectivity links near Kamothe include Sion-Panvel Highway, Mumbai-Pune National Highway, and Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) Road. The Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is only an hour’s drive from Kamothe. In addition, the area has suburban railway stations at Mansarovar and Khandeshwar.

The geographical location of Ulwe has played a crucial role in attracting both investors and tenants. The area has significantly benefitted from its strategic positioning and the rise in the employment opportunities in the proximate market of Thane.
