Given the mounting demand for residential accommodations in Ayodhya post the Supreme Court’s verdict in 2019, the Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) is likely to come up with two housing colonies on Rae Bareli and Azamgarh highways.
The Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) is planning two housing colonies on the Rae Bareli and Azamgarh highways as part of its new housing policy. The Authority has identified 30 acres land on Rae Bareli highway and 35 acres land on the Azamgarh highway for the development of these colonies. As per the sources, the demand for housing has gone up considerably in Ayodhya post the verdict of the Supreme Court in 2019.
The colonies that are planned to be developed by ADA will also have commercial complexes. According to officials, the front portion of these colonies will have commercial complexes while residential accommodations will be at the back. The localities will be situated a few metres from the Ring Road.
Besides these townships, three new townships have been announced by the State on Sultanpur Road, Lucknow. As apprised by the officials of Lucknow Development Authority (LDA), these townships will be sprawled across 28 acres, 112 acres, and 210 acres of land, respectively. While three promoters have already applied for construction licence with LDA, clearance of these townships may take some time.
