Hi Vijay, ARS Greenshire is ready to move project, completed in May 2015.It is a gated community with 24x7 security system. There are guards at each entry gate who keeps a stringent check on all the visitors entering the society. CCTV cameras are installed at each gate to keep a check on all the happenings. Street lights are properly working so that residents can move about safely. Further, all houses are equipped with intercom facility, which the guards use to confirm the entry of visitors. The monthly maintenance charge would be around 2-3k, inclusive of all facilities.more
