    Hi Gokul, Ansal API Esencia is located in the well-developed locality of Sector-67, Gurgaon. Every social facility is ea

    sily available in the vicinity including banks, schools, market, restaurants. Basic medical facilities are available in the locality such as Sparsh Orthopaedics& sports injury centre is merely 2 km drive away. However, for specialised medical assistance, you need to drive to the neighbouring sectors where many options are available including W Pratiksha hospital [ 6.5 km], Park Hospital [5 km], Artemis Hospital [ 7.5 km], Medanta Hospital [ 8 km]. Apart from this, a government is coming up in this sector comprising of 500 beds and offering specialized medical facilities at affordable prices. Buses, cabs, auto-rickshaws are easily available here. The nearest metro station from this project is HUDA City Centre located around 12 km away. Also, you may find traffic on Sohna Road during peak hours. Apart from this, please take note that the project has severe sewage problem and issue of haphazard dumping of construction waste as well garbage in Sector-67 making it quite difficult to reside.more
