The area is surrounded by some trees and garden . Additionally , the roads are clean . The best part of this locality is there is no traffic jams in our area , the parks are clean and these parks are nearby . These parks have some narrow path and there are so many trees in these parks which makes this locality even better .

There is some traffic jams you can seen during peak hours and there is very less parking space . Some of the area have some broken street lights and some street lights are not working in our locality . There is some dust pollution and some streets are not properly maintained in our area .

Known for its clean and well-maintained surroundings, with wide roads and plenty of greenery, which makes it a pleasant place to live. Yojna Vihar is predominantly residential, providing a peaceful and secure environment, perfect for families. The locality is well-connected to other parts of Delhi through major roads and public transport, making commuting easy and convenient. Excellent access to essential amenities such as good schools, hospitals, markets, and shopping centres, all within close proximity.

The traffic on the main roads leading to and from Yojna Vihar can be quite heavy during peak hours, which can make commuting stressful at times. The infrastructure, such as older buildings or roadways, may show signs of aging and might not be as modern as in newer developments. Parking can also be an issue, particularly in areas with older housing where parking spaces were not originally designed to accommodate today's volume of vehicles.

Some of the shopping malls like Gokul , Damodar shopping malls are just at walkable distance. There is no traffic jams in our area . The water is continuously available and there is no electricity problem in our locality. Market is nearby within 2 km . The gym , bank , grocery stores, swimming pools are nearby within 3 km radius.

There is more problem in getting buses in our locality because buses are not frequently available in this area. The roads are damaged in the most of the places so there is a need for new road construction. There are very few street lights in our area which I dislike the most.

Very calm and clean with good greenery, the area features the largest park in the region. Malls are located at the back, and there are nearby markets for daily needs. Within one kilometer, you'll find medical facilities including four hospitals, one of which offers Ayurveda, a post office, two metro stations (Pink and Blue Line), 35 banks, and six schools. The area is secured with 24-hour security and has only 120 DDA-allotted plots. It is considered one of the best areas in East Delhi.

The roads don't have any damages and these roads are wide. There is very less traffic jams mainly during peak hours. The restaurant, hotel, street foods, pub are nearby. Additionally, banks , shopping malls , swimming pool, Grocery store are within 2 km radius. The parks are clean.

The major problem in our locality is lack of parking space. There are more parking space with paid where as only few space for parking without any fees . The quality of water is not good and the street lights are very less .so there is a need for new street lights in our locality to be implemented.

the best public transport facility is available from our location. Roads are very well connected from here to the neighbouring places. Market is located within the range of 1 km and we can manage to go by walking. adequate quantity of drinking water is available every day. Sufficient parking space is available for our vehicles. Lots of shopping malls are located here with the good collection.

as of now is the only leading problem in our area. Whenever we will be travelling in hurry, there will be more chances that we get struck in the traffic jam, and we need to be prepared all the time.

its proximity to major transportation hubs and commercial areas makes it a convenient choice for resident.and the presence of public transportation option inculding metro stations and good connectivity to other parts of delhi .and compared to some other areas in delhi dyanand vihar offers relatively affordable housing option.

Like many parts of Delhi, the locality experiences heavy traffic during peak hours. Some residents complain about issues related to fracture, such as uneven roads

The basic daily needs items like groceries and vegetables are available. If you want to enjoy evening, there are parks and gardens. Uber and Ola are 24x7 available. Generally Safe for women and children. Very good and reliable schools are nearby.

Air quality is an alarming factory. Frequentl Traffic jams and roads are bad at some places. If you live in a corner of the society Metro station you will have to walk for a distance.

market and shopping malls are located in our area with best varieties of shops. Water will be available to each and every houses. No power cut will be seen here. Roads are very well connected from our location to the surrounding areas. Sufficient parking space is also available for our vehicles.

Police patrolling is done regularly, but some of the times they don’t do it. We can also observe the air pollution up to some extent here.

Anand vihar is well connected through major roads such as the anand vihar road and the Delhi meerut expressway. The area is served by the anand vihar metro station,which is on the blue line of the Delhi metro, facilitating easy access to other parts of delhi and the ncr.
