    I am planning to rent a 2 BHK in Amrapali Silicon City. What is the rental asks? What all means of transportation are available near this society?

    Hello Priya, The average rent of 2 BHK flat in Amrapali Silicon City is within the range of 13,500 though it can vary from 12 to 15 k depending upon the location which includes facing direction, park location, floor, furnishing and amenities being provided like the gas pipeline, airconditioning etc. The nearest metro station is Wave city center and proposed metro station of sector 76 is yet to be operational. However, there are several modes of transportation available in and around the area and it's a fully habitated society thus a nice neighborhood to live in as you have ample facilities within the campus of the society.

    I am investing in Amrapali Silicon City. How much return can I get from my investment in this project?

    Hi Gaurav! Property rates in sector-76 have increased by 5% in the last six months. There is a metro station coming up in this area which will boost property rates in this area. Also, this area is close to major IT companies like Tech Mahindra and Shadow Infosystems which are 5-10 km from this society, thereby increasing the scope of rental income from your property. Sector 76 is a developing area where a lot of infrastructure development will happen since many new projects are coming up in this area. With metro coming near to this society and more projects coming up, there is a good chance of an increase in prices here. However, I have heard that the construction quality is not very good as the other projects by the same builder had raised concerns such as seepage, inferior quality products used etc. so I would recommend you to make a site visit before investing your money.
