What are the ongoing property rates in Chromepet? I am interested in Temple waves please let me know about the facilities available here for aged people.

Dear Ravinder, the prevailing property rates in Chromepet are around Rs 4,125 per sq ft to Rs 5,015 per sq ft. It is a ready project and offers 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments. This project is spread across 18.50 acres of land and features 7 floors with 2,300 units in total. Amenities available here are very good and modern. However, for senior citizens the project have yoga/meditation area, jogging track, senior citizen sit-out and clinic.

What is the rental rate of a 3BHK in an apartment here? I am looking for an apartment in Chromepet for my sister as shes getting transferred here soon.

Dear Kshitij, the minimum rent for a 3BHK apartment is for around Rs 9,000 per month. Also, apart from rent, there will be Rs 1,000-Rs 1,500 maintenance charges. Youve to also submit a refundable security amount which is around Rs 20K. This project is equipped with some good and modern amenities. Also, there is no dearth of social infrastructure around the project.
