    Bhandari 7 Plumeria Drive in Tathawade, Pune
    Plans of investing here. Currently quoting 4900 psf as basic price. I have visited the project and I found the location very good. The builder is charging 35% loading on the carpet. Bhandari is an old builder. He has been in market from quite since time and I had also visited the projects previously done by Bhandari Associates in Balewadi. The quality is better than the others are giving in the same area. Does this project have required clearance certificate/documents in place in order to start the construction? How is this area in terms of property appreciation? How it is as compared to Puneville and other Hinjewadi projects?

    Hi All, I am sharing my experience in this project. First Bhandari Associate is not premium and reputed builder. They are doing first time such project. I have booked flat 3 years ago and still waiting for possession. During booked they promised they give possession DEC 2017 for D Building which is delayed by 1 year. Builder taken 95% amount 1.6 year ago [actually it was linked with construction]. I have not realized finishing works takes 1.6 years. Door and sanitary ware [Tile] quality is not very good [as I booked without looking sample flat and I realized later on]. Seepage issue observed in higher floor flats which is fixed later post lot of escalations. Some amenities are chargeable which was not discussed during booking. Initially you have to pay 5-rupee maintenance + GST extra but you will get all amenities only second phase shall be completed which will take another 5-6 years at least as area is not developed yet. So I would suggest you dont attract with amenities part. Builder is giving fake commitment for everything. During possession they give flat on commercial meter , you have to pay extra electricity charges as well. Try to book ready to move flat even 3-4 lacs price is high if you have 50-60 % in hand. Under construction project is worthless and it will give lot of pains and mental stress [Pre EMI Bank Interest + Rent] Regards SK
