Paschimanagari society is a very peaceful society with around 20+buildings. This society is near to karve putala, kothrud city pride, alankar police chowki area, karve nagar, kokan express hotel, kothrud bus stand, etc. So very easy to access different areas from this location. It is approx. 800-900 metres away from karve putala. Walking distance to kothrud city pride theatre and big bazaar. Nearby societies are pinnac memories and avaneesh. The flat is on 3rd floor, without lift. As a result, maintenance is very low -- Around rs. 500 p.M. Plus yearly municipal tax of around rs.7500/-. The area is 948 sq.Ft builtup and carpet area is little more than 800 sq.Ft. Piped gas is setup since last 2 years. Plenty of sunshine, since the flat faces east and west directions. The building is 20+ years old but very good condition and can go easily for another 15 years. Some time later it will go for re-Development. (We are selling it because parents are old and cannot do without a lift otherwise we would never sell this flat if lift was available). The flat shares one wall with adjacent flat and rest all sides are open with no other apartment facing it. The society is at a dead-End hence no through-Traffic hence it is very peaceful. Since it is old society, there is no one-One allocation of car parking and current residents have occupied all, however the society has ample of parking space around within the gates hence you can park more than one vehicle (However it will be uncovered parking). Moreover, the road just outside the gates is available for any additional visitor parking if needed since it is dead end. Plenty of shops inside the complex -- 2 grocery stores, tailors, classes/tuitions, one khanaval(Fresh maharashtrian meals), doctor, 2 laundries, motorcycle repair shop, etc. Hotel siya, hotel barometer, a gym also close by (1 min walk) No water shortage at all, well managed and clean society with watchmen at both gates. Also we have not heard of any major power outages. The flat was a 3-Bhk flat converted to 2 bhk hence the hall/drawing room is very large (20 ft x 15 ft), you can put a partition to go back to 3 bhk. There were no major maintenances needed so far, no seepages, etc. The flat was rarely used (Since we stay at mumbai we have not made much furniture since we came here rarely on weekends) and used only for 8-10 days a year so far. There is no modular kitchen but a stone shelf is available as provided by builder. One bathroom contains wc + bathing area. The 2nd bathroom is indian-Style separate and bathroom separate (2 separate doors). Small loft is available in both bedrooms. - Less
