    Opinion on Lotus-300 by 3C Developers , sector 107, Noida
    am looking for a so called luxury apartment in noida expressway. My choices were between unitech , jaypee premium apartments , omaxe forest spa and lotus 300. After my initial survey I found unitech very risky, jp confusing , politically sensitive and congested . Omaxe forest spa I found good but builder reputation is not that great. Finally I visited lotus 300 and now I am little satisfied . I want to shift in 2 yrs time suggest me where to invest ?

    Hi this particular project has earned the reputation of having a sound construction quality by a reputed builder of Noida, 3C Company. This builder is known to deliver projects timely and most of the projects have a green cover. This project is currently under construction and the possession will start by December 2017. It is situated in Sector 107, Noida which is a developing sector. On the side of the project is situated Dadri Main road while on the other side of the project is Link road. Moreover, Noida Expressway is at a distance of 16 km from the project. This expressway offers direct connectivity to Delhi & Noida areas. Since you have plans to shift here after 2 years, it is a good decision as this sector is still developing and is likely to be fully developed by then. Presence of technological parks, multinational companies and SEZ areas in the proximity will help you garner healthy rental return if you put the property on rent.

    hi im planning to invest in some apartments in Gurgaon. found this one good. how're the prices of property in this project and is it advisable to invest here?

    Hi Brijesh, I would like to tell you that this project is located in Sector 70, Gurgaon which is a prime residential locality. Another feature is that it is well connected to other parts of the city through buses, auto rickshaws and public transport. The scenic view of Aravalli Hills adds to the beauty of the project. The project is currently in construction stage and possession will be given in December 2018. The psf rate here in the last one year rose from Rs 5525 per sq ft to Rs 5865 per sq ft in the last 1 year witnessing an appreciation of 6 per cent. Moreover, investing here is an intelligent decision as the returns are going to be high for sure. Within a price range of Rs 86 lakh - 1.85 crore, you can get a 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments with a saleable area of 1290-3500 sq ft.
