    Which area is better in terms of end-use in between Baner and Aundh? Throw some light on price comparison and social infrastructure.

    Hello Vishal, in these two localities I would suggest you to go with Baner because capital values have seen 2% growth in Baner but Aundh has witnessed depreciation of 4%. Also, properties in Aundh are costlier as compared to Baner. The price range in Aundh is around Rs 7,140 - 8,500 per sq ft whereas properties rates in Baner are Rs 6,078 - 7,098 per sq ft. In terms of social infrastructure both the localities are good. There is no scarcity of malls, hospitals, schools, markets, ATMs and banks. Still, before buying in any of these localities kindly consult about same from a property expert.

    What is the distance of this project from Pune railway station from this project? Also, tell me about the roads, connectivity links and social infrastructure around this project?

    Hi Nikhil, Pune railway station is a located at a distance of 12 km from this project. This project is located in Baner which is a developed area in Pune. Baner is a residential and commercial hub of Pune and large portions are occupied by various IT companies like Siemens, Talentica and TCS among others. It is located off the Katraj-Dehu Road Bypass. This area enjoys seamless connectivity via strategic road infrastructure and Pune-Mumbai Expressway, offering hassle-free travel to intra and inter-city commuters. The area also scores high on liveability index owing to a wide array of hospitals, schools, complexes and entertainment centres. Some of them are Dhanwantari Hospital, City International School, Cinemax, Axis Bank, D-Mart and New Era Bakery, among others.
