Krishnan  The BSP here is around Rs 7500. How is the project from end use purpose? Does anyone have an idea about their construction quality?

Vikash Gupta Hello Krishnan, this is a residential project and was completed in November 2015. The project is spread across 13 acres of land comprising 16 towers, 19 floors and 896 units. At present, in this project you can get new apartments as well as resale apartments. The new booking base price for a 2BHK and 3BHK apartments is around Rs 65 lakh to Rs 1.02 crore having liveable area of 683-1003 sq ft. Moreover, you can also avail a 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK resale apartments within a price range of Rs 51 lakh Rs 1.1 crore. Keeping in mind all the needs of its residents, the builder is providing amenities like firefighting system, intercom facility, car parking, club house, childrens play area and power backup. Apart from amenities, the builder is also providing facilities like yoga/meditation area, swimming pool, landscaped garden and badminton court. Moreover, to see the construction quality of the project, I would suggest you to conduct a site visit. You may also contact any local broker to know more about the project, reputation of the builder and proximity to prime hubs.

Sumit Bajpai in sohna road near subhash chauk this property is very good on the construction part it is delayed project but if you will look to unworld garden 1 construction looks quite good and unitech as a reputed builder already delivered 30+ very good projects in gurgaon and above all if you are getting this @7500 it is a very good investment..you can go for it. for end use purpose it is a good project but it you would get possession after said time as project is delayed from the developer side.!!
