Shakun As I mentioned earlier that investing such a high amount in winter hills, dwarka more is not worth. Locality is not good at all. Any time Traffic jam is a huge drawback. Comparing with other projects in Dwarka, Gurgaon or Noida its nothing in terms of facilities & appreciation. One can directly buy a good flat in Dwarka itself if Institutions like NSIT and DDUC, DU are required in close proximity.

Meenu Chopra The project has been meticulously planned, very good quality construction and furnishings have been used. only drawback is the entrance which opens only 200 metres from dwarka mor metro, hence congested. Institutions like NSIT and DDUC, DU are very close by. overall it should have a rating of 8.5-9/10 as a residence

Shakun The BSP is really high in comparison to locality. Society entrance is from very congested road, anytime traffic jam is expected. Only + point is the metro station but that can't be only deciding factor..
