Mahesh I have heard some problems due to delay in construction of Savior Park in Mohan Nagar. Read some mixed reviews about the project on Internet too. Could someone put some more light on the project and how is its construction progressing?
It is due for possession next year. One of my clients has purchased a flat here and as per his allotment letter, the builder can legally delay the project by 3 months and in case, he extends that period, he will pay a penalty of Rs 5 per sq ft to all his costumers.
