Dinesh Kumar Hi,if you want to go for 2 BHK in sector-92,Go with the projects which takes at least 2 or 3 yrs to complete.Because basic amenities also take time.

Vaibhav Tayal Ms Alia no doubt Secor 92 is one of the best and centric location in Gurgaon. It is almost equally distance from Dwarka expressway, National Highway 8 and KMP expressway. Raheja Sampada project is an older project and missing its completion deadline 2 years before and still construction is not completed. you may consider SARE and Ansals Heights in the same location
