Talking about the availability of schools and hospitals in the vicinity to the project Ramagya School, Kothari International School, Millenium School, Khaitan Public School, Surbhi Hospital, Prakash Hospital and Shivalik Medical Centre are in the vicinity to the project. For restaurants, you need to walk 3-4 km ahead from the project. Grannys Kitchen, Quesha Lounge, The Noodle Box Company and Lahori are some of the restaurants in the vicinity to the project. The nearest metro station is Noida City at a distance of 4 km from the project.

I am sure they will handover the possession by December 2016. i keep visiting the site once in a month on an average and keep asking questions from Site office and construction department. The project is promising for investment but superb for end users like us.
Sector 75, Noida seems to be the most promising as it is just on the other side of road to sector 50. city centre metro station is hardly in the range of 2-3 k.ms, and metro line is also comng to this side. i think all the builders in sector-75 should promote this through organizing property fair and some family events to attract end users .
I have a flat in Panchsheel Pratishtha, any idea when builder is giving the possession and will there be any appreciation on the project, as i am seeing it is the same price since i purchased on 2014
