Panchsheel-Pratishtha is carrying out the construction in full pace using Aluminium shuttering, the walls will also be of RCC which is good.
I am sure they will handover the possession by December 2016. i keep visiting the site once in a month on an average and keep asking questions from Site office and construction department. The project is promising for investment but superb for end users like us.
Sector 75, Noida seems to be the most promising as it is just on the other side of road to sector 50. city centre metro station is hardly in the range of 2-3 k.ms, and metro line is also comng to this side. i think all the builders in sector-75 should promote this through organizing property fair and some family events to attract end users .
Panchsheel is carrying out the construction at very high speed using aluminium shuttering, thus all the wall s are also RCC based, i am sure they will handover by December 2016. Great quality expected from them
