Prakhar Taneja  I visited Lohia-Jain group located in Bavdhan behind Maratha Mandir. He is quoting 2850 psf .By considering all the info bavdhan rates...do u guys feel its worthy? possession is in March 2011 , any inputs builder...?? Pls share info..I liked the plan of this project.

Ajay Kumar I dont think that Megh Malhar is a poor quality project because initially I was going to finalize that before Vallonia but then I got to know that the builder had already sold their share and the remaining units were owned by locals who owned the land so, I didnt. The quality of flats delivered there was impressive especially the finishing but amenities like, swimming pool was not there. The builder even claims that the finishing in Vallonia is going to be better than Megh Malhar and that they will put the best specification as this time they have total control on the project unlike Megh Malhar which isnt being maintained by them. And, Vallonia is their luxury project after all so, it has to be good.

Kanishk Arora Some more observations - Apparently LJ outsources construction to a contractor family called Lahoti and does not supervise construction themselves. Poor finish of the complex - almost all duct pipes leaking on podium, broken tiles, poor lighting in common areas, 1 wing does not have an operational lift, no water management system. Also Vallonia has a very bad approach road and does not look like builder will ever build it.

Kanishk Arora The build quality of Lohia's Megh Malhar Raga project is very poor. I had checked the complex and there are a number of incomplete things in the project. No tiling on basement, number of water leakages on the podium parking.

Nitin Sethi Hi Prakhar, I feel you have been misconducted. Vallonia Apartments is one of the popular residential developments in Bavdhan Khurd, neighborhood of Pune. It is among the ongoing projects of Lohia Jain Group. It has lavish yet thoughtfully designed 210 residences.
Expected completion is around Jun 2015.
