As per Airport is concern its seems very long plan, but considering city and cidco planning it is far more better, quite good roads and Junction for Railway, good new corporate office section seems a great prospect ahead, not for investment but to live a peace full life, with mumbai just 1hr:30min away, panvel is the destination to step up.
The Navi Mumbai property rates are definitely up for a huge crash. There is uncertainty over the airport. all these developers in Panvel and beyond have been showing the advantage of the airport and now airport is such a distant future.. this is unfair as they have charged unfair premium because of airport..
but going by the real estate trend, irrespective of whatever happens, the prices are bound to go up only..
