Subbulaxmi  Hi, I am an end user and thinking to buy the property in JR Urbania located at Suryanagar, Bangalore. Tell me about the project whether is it a good option to opt for not. As I am only buying this property for investment purpose only. What are amenities of this project and how much return are you expecting after 1 Year or so?

ram avtar Subbulaxmi, As per the locality JR Urbania is among the best project in the same price range as it is very economical and pocket friendly with a perfect blend of decent infrastructure. Its close proximity to Bangalore's largest IT Hub, Proposed metro station at Bommasandra, All major district roads as well as proposed BDA PRR is about 7 kms. You should definitely opt this project for investment, I am sure that you will book a good return in future.

Pushpender Hi, Subbulaxmi, the amenities of the project are like Sports Facility, Kids Play Area, Swimming Pool, Gym, Paved Compound, Lawn Tennis Basketball Rink, etc. the project is an 80 acre property with an approx. percentage of 45 of open area.

Shambhal Kumar Subbulaxmi, the project is a decent option to invest. The Jr Urbania is a RTM project so there are chances that you wont get a unit from the builders end so you should probably wait for a re-sale flat. Otherwise the project is fine.
