Why not? Now this project is dispute free and construction is also goin on. you can book a 2 bhk flat in this project with out any issue. all papers are cleared. You can get it cheaper rate also. other than builders.
Gayatri Aura is a good project and cheaper than many projects in Noida Ext. so far as the resale market is concerned. But if you are considering a society with lots of amenities and more open space then you have to take a second opinion as it is very small project...
