Karanvir Kataria well in the long term plots are always a best pick, but if you are looking for the short term, then do pick the commercial space, where you can enjoy the returns and rentals and investment options begin from 10 lacs onwards, choose NCR, not punjab

Ravi Baghla If going to invest in DLF Valley then invest in 3bhk instead of plot. it will give you very good returns. try to buy in resale. thanks

Shilpa Hii sir, best investment is always in plot as according to people responses every person who wish to have a house will go for plot option as can build the structure according to his wish

Col. Amrik Singh Dhillon if you want to look it as a investment , then go for plot in dlf, for long term gain.
