Binny Sharma Till the time there are good schools nearby and good market is locally developed occupancy will continue to be low. It should pick up in due course. But a very good property indeed. Valuations are very attractive at present. Construction quality is also good

Vaibhav Tayal Subodh if you are an exisiting customer of DLF NTH then you are suffering a lot because DLF has not cleared the issue whether he is going to award you late penalty fee, timely payment rebate etc whereas if you want to invest your hard earned money as a end user or an investor, then it is considered as one of the best property. DLF has awarded 30% flat possession . Area is liveable, currently around 25-30 families are residing their and it will take couple of years for 40% habitation and thus prices will appreciate in the mean time
