sanjay rana Hi Subodh, DLF New Town Heights 1 offers ready to move-in 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK apartments and was completed in the year August 2014. This is a high-rise development built on 32.13 acres of land which comprises of 18 towers having 22 floors each and accommodates a total of 1300 units. A friend of mine who is a broker in Gurgaon told me that the builder has provided amenities such as club house /community centre, swimming pool, multiple lifts, shopping centre, water storage and intercom facility, power back-up, piped gas supply , security/fire alarm and 24/7 water supply. Few banks are providing loan facility for this project like LIC HFL, Citi Bank, ICICI Bank and HDFC.

Nearest landmark to the project is IMT Manesar which is just a km away. As of now, sector-91 is at nascent stage of development and will take 5-7 years. However, this fact can be used as an opportunity to make an investment in this project. Once the area starts developing, property prices will rise for sure.

NKShrivastav New Town Heights township is spread in sector 90, 91 and 86. It is located close to the industrial sectors of Manesar and can be easily reached through NH 8. Upcoming Dwarka Expressway is also in the vicinity. People engaged in IMT Manesar will have easy access due to its close proximity to the place. Road network is not present and thus other infrastructure depending on it like water, sewer lines are missing too. There are no malls, shopping places, schools, hospitals, banks and other necessary amenities required in day to day life.
Considering the current price level with a tag of DLF the project, it is good project for investment as prices will surely soar once the infrastructure becomes available.
