umang Hi, this project offers 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK villas and is equipped with amenities for the comfort of the residents. The project is approved by leading banks for home loans such as LIC, Kotak Mahindra, ICICI and HDFC Bank. Depending upon your budget, you can either go for a 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK villa. The project was completed in the year May 2014 and is situated in sector 73 Gurgaon. Talking about the road connectivity the project is situated in close vicinity to Golf Course Extension Road. The surrounding sectors are 34, 48, 49 and 69. You can also locate a couple of eating joints such as My Pie, Foa and The Cupncake Factory are situated within a distance of 6 km from the project. The metro connectivity is not good in this area but the road connectivity seems fine. To get a good deal you can directly consult from the owner of the property and the local broker dealing in this project.

Mr Ashwani Sehrawat Dear Vipul Ji, Yed DLF almeda is good project, but if you want plots you can also have a look at Unitech Resorts plots, more or less same rates but better location.

NKShrivastav Alameda is a prestigious township project from DLF. Location of the project is good. The sector and the neighboring areas are inclusive of few other township residential projects namely Nirvana Country 2, Vipul Tatvam Villas, Uppals Southend and BPTP Astaire Gardens. Only concern of the project is of connectivity to Golf Course Road, but as the infrastructure get developed in near future it would great for residents.
