When the plot was shown to us, two things struck
us immediately viz the prime location of Kalyaninagar and that it was to
be developed by Raviraj & Kothari Developers, two giants of
construction. The intrinsic merits of this area were aplenty- surrounded
by some of the prime schools of Pune, the plot is close by to M.G road,
Airport, Railway Station and is just half a kilometer away from Koregaon
park; plus a scenic river flowing nearby that adds to its beauty. All
this made us realize that it was not a mere complex that we were to
design; rather we were entrusted with designing a lifestyle. So we set
to create an environment which would be dream -like but with a solid
foundation in reality. In short, a pragmatic dream. This we tried
translating in to a living environment where the apartments are
