Toilets - Ceramic tile dado upto 7 ft. Granite counter in master bedroom and ledge in others. 50% color sanitary wares with CP fittings

Painting - Natural paints (or) Acrylic distemper for internal surfaces and exterior emulsion for outer surfaces. French polish for main door and synthetic enamel for others

Electrical - Modular switches, power points to accommodate ACs in 2 bedrooms

TV/Telephone - Provision provided in all bedrooms
