The villas in the campus are clustered into four types - & .Each of these clusters open into landscaped greens. Each cluster has a specific design(s) based on compliance with the principles of vaastu. For example - in the "English" cluster, all east facing plots will have one design and a consistent street view. Similarly in “Shatoot” cluster, all North facing plots will have one design and a consistent street view. The concept is to have consistency in design and for easy maintenance for future and aesthetics.
