The event is an HT Media Initiative. HT Media Limited, the leading Media House of India has been organizing Fairs across the B2B and B2C segments with proven success assuring its partners of footfalls and visibility, thereby ensuring great mileage for participants. The previous Expo's organized by HT Media Limited were: Homes Fair, Education Fair, Jobs Fair and Travel Fair etc.

The event is presented by Mayfair International Estates. Based in Mayfair London, the Group is driven by the philosophy of adhering to investors` preferences and being recognized as the world-leading property as well as wealth management solutions provider.

The Participant
This event brings together an even distribution of Property Developers from across India in United Kingdom. Visitors will have the opportunity to interact with key property developers from all major regions of India, and will also get valuable insights into the Indian property market. This event will also house the required service providers like Banks and Advisors to conclude the purchase.

Visitors
PIOs (People of Indian origin), NRIs, Investors and Companies looking to invest in the Indian real estate boom. An estimated 1.2 million Indians (Census 2001) live in the UK not counting more than 100,000 IT professionals, Doctors, Bankers and other Indian Nationals working in the UK.

Publicity Mileage
An extensive media and publicity campaign will reach out to more than 1 million Indians, largely professionals who subscribe actively to Indian media. Besides, there would be extensive coverage in local media bound to generate huge publicity for the sponsors and the participants.

The Event

There will be 2 events that will be held over 2 weekends in different parts of the UK, below are the dates and locations:

     London : 4th, 5th & 6th July 2008
     Birmingham : 27th, 28th & 29th June 2008

Both events will be held in a 5 star hotel which has good access, parking and facilities for the potential visitors. There will be 3 x 3 Sq. Mt. standard shell scheme stalls that will be supplied to all exhibitors. The event will be covered in the press over a 30 day period before and during the event.


For this show we have worked with our marketing partner to design a campaign to attract an expected footfall in excess of 10,000 visitors, which will consist of NRI's and PIO's from the Gujarati, Punjabi (Sikh), Telugu, Tamil, Sindhi, Hindu and Jain communities predominantly. The targeted demographic of visitors has been broken down into three categories;
