Land Development has successfully completed booking of it first product-
PRANTIK. It is built closed to the proposed Mega City, New Town at
Shikherpur under jurisdiction of Rajarhat P.S. at Kolkata, opposite to
Vedic Village.

which was launched on 15th August 07 of about 200 bighas of land of
which 95% booking has already been completed. They have now launched their third Project named "PRANTIK" of a total of about 250 Bighas of which 1st Phase (about 70 Bighas) started on 5th September, 2008.
