India
ranks amongst the largest construction of real Estate markets in the
world. It is our conviction that such an assessment would do much to
renew the passion for the act and the art of building with which the
current architecture of Europe and North America has lost touch in its
present state of complexity and confusion.
Now Indian
architects are contributing a lot to the nation but I would say that "Role
of an architect must be to improve the quality of life of people at
large".
We have very rich culture and variety of customs &
festivals etc. But there is "Unity in diversity".
Over
a period we have emerged as the most powerful country in IT sector in
the world. But we are still lagging behind in the usage of latest
technology integration in our homes.
The idea of India's first
"e-homes" came to my mind as I wanted to give a solution of an
ideal home which could be electronically operated, having a high level
of security, less energy consumption, better comforts centralized vacuum pipe cleaning system in pent houses collects dust at one point.
Eco-friendly with Green building concept is a little bit costlier idea at the
initial stage but you do save for the rest of your life, better indoor
air quality & hygienically maintained conditions improve
productivity and efficiency of the occupants. Recycling of water &
energy efficient systems helps in conservation & ultimately
contributes to the ecological balance.
After Gujarat /
Ahamadabad Earthquake in 2001. All structural Engineers & Architects
in India woke up and then our IS code was also revised. People realized
that high rise buildings require much more attention, care & quality
conciseness. Use of treated water for construction proper ductile
detailing, use of best quality and branded materials, such as "Marc
/ RAK (UAE) Anchor Woods (UK), Modular doors, Masonite (USA)"

improve the life of a building and can safely & happily be used by
our great grand children.

We live on the soil of great religious and
political leaders like Lord Mahaveera Lord Budha, Mahatma Gandhi, Swami
Vivekanand and Ravindra Nath Tagore and they taught the entire world
about character building and gave message of truth, non-violence,
freedom and told the ways of understanding your inner strength and they
boldly said that purification of soul must be the goal of life and
initially, at least we should try to be a "MAN".
At
last I convey my regards to my guru Ar. Joseph Allen Stein Great master
and India's No. 1 and world renowned Architect who had always guided me
for quality and designing according to people's need. I still remember
that he always believed in "An architecture concerned with
people and place, seeking the character of the solution in the nature of
the problem, using the simplest, most expressive means to generate
proportional, meaningful & appropriate form and space."
