Hi can someone pls advice. ive invested into Ats Lifestyle & due to some personal issues was not able to pay the installments on time now ATS is charging hefty interest. Are builders legally allowed to do that. what abt the interest one looses on almost 50 lac already invested. Can someone pls advice. Also prices seem to be the same of what they were when we purchased 2 yrs ago there is no appreciation ?
