Ajay Verma  I am a professional working in Delhi and its difficult to commute. I want to invest in a property in NCR which is close to the metro station as I%u2019ll commute daily by metro. How is this project for end purpose?
Is 3 BHK enough to accommodate a family of 6?

rajneesh sehgal Hello Ajay, since you have to commute to Delhi by metro, I would suggest you to book an apartment in ATS Advantage, Indirapuram. It is strategically located only 4-5 km from Vaishali metro station on NH24, 2 km from Delhi, Noida city centre and a lot of schools, malls, restaurants are in close vicinity which makes it a prime location to invest. The project is good for end use with a lot of amenities.
A 3 BHK flat in ATS Advantage will have an area ranging between 1685 - 2140 square feet. So you can choose the area as per your requirement.
