Noida extension facts:
1. There is NO Infrastructure present.
2. Villagers issue...Big time and will NOT SUBSIDE...its increasing day by day
3. Greater noida authority developing it has a poor record of making a city liveable. Look at Greater Noida...after 15 years of existance...the markets are empty...commercials are flop...one of the worst investment returns in NCR in the past 5-6 years...even Faridabad has fared better.
4. Greater noida authority has ONE WORK....Pay the media to publish stories about FUTURE DEVELOPMENTS...Not even a single FUTURE DEVELOPMENT which this authority has been harping about has taken a shape till date
Not at all......
We all know elections are coming...and the opposition will always create some nuances to demolish the ruling party.......and in India....MEDIA industry is hungry for such fire sparks which they can turn into high flames.
But not to worry.....as the situation would be unstable for the present moment....but would definitely turn around after 20-30 days maximum.
Prices are already very reasonable these days so I dont see any correction in near future. Market sentiments are definitely hurt by court's decision and farmer's agitation.
But investors are wise now, everybody knows that all this is a political issue and will get settled soon.
I do not forsee any impatct coming to Noida due to noida extension.
circle rates of noida already been revised hence the property prices have already incread by minimum 10% in noida.
I forsee noida extension opening soon.
Now there are no legal issues in investing or buying in Noida Village. You can visit and get a sense how well is the place growing and how many good developers have come up and set up their projects here, which are selling like hot cakes.

Actually the status of land acquired by the builder for the said project is still questionable and builder though ,is quite reliable, but its future after High Courts Judgement has left a state of panic and tension among investers.manish
