I do not forsee any impatct coming to Noida due to noida extension.
circle rates of noida already been revised hence the property prices have already incread by minimum 10% in noida.
I forsee noida extension opening soon.
Prices are already very reasonable these days so I dont see any correction in near future. Market sentiments are definitely hurt by court's decision and farmer's agitation.
But investors are wise now, everybody knows that all this is a political issue and will get settled soon.
