Delhi: In terms of investment, Delhi does not have a lot of new areas where there is scope of good appreciation. Still, some areas in Rohini get good traction from buyers because of its ticket sizes and a well-developed infrastructure. Sector-18 in Rohini, in particular, has been on a comparative growth spree. It has in recent times witnessed an appreciation in average property prices by around 10 per cent.
Noida and Greater Noida: Both these micro-markets have plethora of investment options available for every budget.
