I think comparing Gurgaon with any other location is not a good idea.
If i see the infrastructure Noida is Best. But the only issue is the tag on Noida (UP) Bad law and order. Connectivity from International Airport.
We see news of airport in Greater Noida from many year but it is a news... thats it

dear sir, its faridabad the best place as its heart of NCR u can easily move towards delhi, gurgaon, noida or even in agra. so plan for this as there is a good option of commercial plot with exit plan.

Developed countires are better as compared to devcelopd countries. That's the case between Gurgaon & Noida.But on the other hand the rates are high in Gurgaon the returns are same at present.By 2014, Noida can surely be at level of Gurgaon
Mr Pal...We work in entire Delhi & NCR & fyi..by website is www.realtyexpert.in. Gurgaon is no doubt better at present,but can you give investors more the investments in the same price of Noida..If you are talking of law & order then people living in Noida are fools ? The law & order is same in GGN
Mr Pal..ROI is same in GGN & Noida...but the prices are high in GGN...LAw & order position is also same in both the areas. Considering your viewpoint, Noida wouldn't have flourished ever. But that's not the case Sir.

May be i am wrong but i think in Gurgaon i feel more secure when i am driving late on roads then the Noida.
Mr.Pal, first of all I stay in South Delhi & not Noida.Eveyone has their own way of looking at the things...If that' he case, you can surely take the market feedback. I have similar invstments in GGN & in Noida.. Return wise both r same. Your opinion will surely change by 2013.
Vikas, I have a doubt for Noida . If I purchase a flat/plot there, there will be 99 years lease between me and builder. After 99 years how it will be renewed . Is there any rule given by authority in this regard about the maximum limit that the builder can charge to buyer for lease renewal
