I am having Vatika Emelia Floor in sector 82 Gurgaon. Purchased this in 2012 Nov. in 50 LAC With Home Loan of 40 Lacs. WHICH IF FINALLY START CONSTRUCTING AFTER LITIGATION PROBLEM ON THE LAND IN 83 SECTOR OF VATIKA.
FINALLY REALLOCATED AND WORK STARTED
Possession of this unit has yet not delivered & builder Vatika is planning to provide the same in last quarter of the year.
Till date I have ended up paying rent as well as EMI/PEMI causing much financial stress. I have till date paid around 12 Lacs as interest.
CURRENT RATES OFFERED FOR THE UNIT IS BELOW WHAT I HAVE PURCHASED FOR.
ALTHOUGH IT IS BIG LOSS WHICH IS COMING UP IN CASE OF SELL NOW BUT KEEPING THE SAME WILL INCREASE THIS LOSS OR WILL IT BE BETTER TO GET OUT OF THE MARKET NOW WHICH MAY REDUCE THE FURTHER LOSS.
What are the prospect about this area & unit.
Will it be advisable that I sell this at the current rate which is 50 L same as when I purchased looking at current trends & future prospects of the Area & Unit.
Shall I sell it or retain it.
Whether this slow down trend continue to follow & rates will stay stagnant of longer time too. Please specifically advice/ guide.
