Kartik Solanki Acme is among the best project in this area. Rajesh property is way too costly compared to Acme Oasis. Excellent location & good place for self use. There are 2 towers of 36 storey each. Almost 90% of the area is open.

Acme Oasis
One of very delayed projects! This builder is very greedy and changes the plan on every exhibition, Last exhibition he started with 29 Floors, changed to 32 Floors, and now 35 floors. Builder collects money from this buyers and suppose 50 Floors permission availabe in future he will go for it. So far 3 slabs done in 3 years! Now no construction for last 14 months. Please done get fooled on any projects by ACME

@Kartik Solanki Yes no doubt it is better project. My concern was not on those issues. But about the delay from 2010 and even now i did not get my service tax back. But in case my service tax and compensation not received i will stay entire project or claim my flat.

Pabitra Dash Here are the steps how you can proceed. 1) Get the property documents in order Before you approach a buyer for selling the property or talk to your bank for settling the outstanding home loan, get the paperwork in order. The main documents required to sell a residential property are the housing society share certificate and the sale/ purchase deed of the property. 2) Loan Repayment A) In case, the potential buyer plans to pay for the property through his own savings and does not want to take a home loan, the procedure is pretty straightforward. B) If the buyer plans to take a home loan to fund the purchase of the mortgaged house, the seller will still be required to settle his home loan first. The loan cannot simply be transferred from the seller to the buyer. Even if the buyer is taking a housing loan from the same bank where the seller has mortgaged the property, the bank will insist on first closing the earlier loan before starting a new one. 3) Tax If you sell a flat within 36 months of buying it, the profit is added to your income for that year and taxed accordingly. If you fall in the highest income tax bracket, the tax rate will be 30.9%(or as per your IT slab).

Devendra Singh Chauhan Hello Sagar, I recently had a word with the builder and he told me that Tulsiani Easy Homes located on the Sohna Road is in the construction phase, possession of which is expected by December 2019. The project is spread across 5 acres of land and features 5 towers with 15 floors and 768 units. As per your budget, you can get 1BHK as well as 2BHK new and resale units here. The new booking base price for a 1BHK is around Rs 12.7 lakh and for a 2BHK you have to pay about Rs 18.6 lakh. Besides this, you can get a 1BHK resale apartment at a cost of Rs 12.5 lakh and 2BHK will cost you around Rs 18.6 lakh. You can avail home loan from banks like Indiabulls, TATA Capital, State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, HSBC and HDFC Home Loan. Amenities available here include swimming pool, landscaped garden, multipurpose court and childrens play area, among others. Since your sole aim is an investment and capital appreciation, I would like to tell you that Sohna is still in its developing phase hence it will take over 5 years to develop in a sound manner.
