Pooja Ghai I am looking for a 2bhk in gurgaon for investment purpose for 3-4 years. Interested in original sale and not resale. My budget is 30-40 lakhs. Plz suggest upcoming areas n good builder projects,which wuld have high ROI.

GauganGSaxena " PYRAMID RESIDENCY" on Yamuna Expressway is 30 km far from F1 track and polts are available @ Rs.8000 sq.yard. Which is in my budget. This project is infront of jaypee lands as per the builder. Kindly suggest about the return in this area. Should I hold and not to invest here?
